Floating Platforms in Modular Design

In general, when using our pontoon module systems for the construction of floating platforms, pontoon platforms can be produced quickly and easily for a wide variety of purposes. When designing your individual floating pontoon you can choose between four modular pontoon systems. Decisive for the right choice is the determination of the desired load capacity of the floating platform. For this purpose, depending on the requirements, individual pontoon floats of different sizes are used for this purpose. With these floating units, payloads up to 600 kg/m² can be generated. Floating Pontoon Platform for DIY

The special feature of our modular pontoon systems is that you can carry out almost all construction and assembly work on your floating platform yourself and thus minimise costs. For example, it is possible to buy and attach all components of the pontoon deck cladding independently. Often it is only necessary to order the pure individual plastic floats from us and to carry out all remaining work yourself, because it is so easy.
Of course, in many projects it is not enough with a normal floating platform. Therefore you also have the possibility to order a special floating platform, which will be adapted to your special requirements. Our experts will be happy to help you and support you in planning and implementing your special floating pontoon project.

Accessories

Of course we can offer further adaptations or equipment for all floating platforms. You can order different deck coverings (e.g. wooden or plastic planks), railings, access gangways, bathing ladders and of course anchoring components such as piles, chains or ground anchors. If the floating platform is used as a working pontoon, we can also offer you robust and non-slip surfaces in the form of sheet metal or gratings.

From the Production to the Final Assembly

We will not leave you alone and support you throughout the complete project process. All components for the construction of our floating platforms are being directly produced from Perebo in Germany and can easily be delivered and installed at site (if possible). If you are not sure whether and how the platforms will withstand the planned loads, we have trained engineers in our team just for this matter who will assist you when planning your project.
