    • short description PT01 system

The modular float system PT01 is especially suitable for DIY-building of pontoon boats and small mobile house boats or pontoon rafts. The modular floats can be plugged together by dovetail guide. Therefore, the length of the pontoon hull is variable. For building of a pontoon tube, one front section any number of middle sections and one end section are required. By means of the embedded metal threads it’s possible to screw a keel ledge at the hull underside and a support frame at the top side. The supporting frame can consist of wood, plastic or metal depending on required stiffness of the floating platform. An attached keel ledge (e.g. solid plastic profile) under the pontoon hull enhances the stability of the hull as well as the manoeuvrability of your pontoon boat or houseboat.

The modular float system PT06 is ideally suited for DIY-building of pontoon boats and bigger mobile house boats. The individual floats can be plugged together by a tongue and groove system. Therefore, the length of the pontoon hull is variable. For building of a pontoon tube, one front section any number of middle sections and one end section are required. By means of the embedded metal threads it’s possible to screw a keel ledge at the hull underside and a support frame at the top side.
